This was the very first holographic card made for Charizard, before even the game cards came out. Topsun made collectible card only sold in Japan, in packs of two cards with gum. I’m not quite sure what the pull rates for this card would have been, but it’s one I’ve been hoping to get my hands on for quite a while :)
