There has been so much hype around these glitters that I HAD to try at least one! The packaging on these tubes feel so fancy (though I am not sure why?). The glass tube and the rose gold top that holds the flat doe-foot applicator click together when twisted shut to ensure it is sealed and won’t dry out! The glitter is embedded in a very cold thin clear liquid gel. The glitter itself is not fine but not super chunky either. The main color glitter is silver, but there is also a rainbow of pinks, purples, blues, and greens mixed in as well. It does make my eyes look like disco balls (which is exactly what you want from this product!!). Application is a bit tricky and I am still trying to figure out the best way. Applying directly onto the eye with the applicator seems to make a bit of a mess and there ends up being fall out. Applying with a finger seems to work the best for me so far (but I get a less even application) with the least amount of fallout. Blending/spreading the glitter is not super easy, but it is a ton easier than working with loose glitter!!! The gel will do an ok job of keeping the glitter in place, but for the best hold and the least amount of fall out, use a glitter glue primer! And just like any other glitter, removing it at the end of the day is a pain in the butt and you will get glitter everywhere!!! But, when all is said and done, I would much prefer to use this gel-glitter than any loose glitters ever again!
