Not too long ago, I posted how I still love and use my childhood when I saw this little guy at Target, I got all sentimental and caved. This is a mini case, made of the same plastic as the original (with the same circle clasp...with the same 80’s logo). It is about the same size as my Kindle tablet and feels as wide as a small clutch. I love the rounded feel when I hold it. The case is a very pale salmon peach. The inside has two narrow layers that can fit something as wide as a lipstick tube...but not much bigger. It has a great mirror for doing touch ups. The biggest problem I have with it is that I can’t fit anything too round (like most foundations). Therefor, using it for travel is not ideal. I tried using it for just the samples I was testing, but that doesn’t seem to work either as some samples are also bulky. Funny enough, it has made a pretty handy travel sewing kit (my regular Caboodle is also a sewing kit.)! I also like it for traveling with my more bulky jewelry. I still love this little box...even if I haven’t found its best purpose yet! Packaging says: “Multi-compartment organizer with snap-tight lid and tray” and 8.13” x 5” x 1.94”.
