I went to the Too Faced site to see if there were anymore Gingerbread palettes left because I totally missed out on their release (they didn’t have any left BTW). But I did see that they had the Love Flush blushes for 50% off! I have Baby Love and I love how long it lasts on my oily skin. But my favorite blush shade is a bright cool-toned Urban Decay’s Obsessed. So when this shade went on sale I thought I would go for it! The packaging is so great: a little pink heart, with gold lettering, a magnetic closure, a nice size mirror, and the adorable bunny pattern embossing in the powder. The formula is just as good here as it is with Baby Love. It does kick up a bit of powder from the pan and I do need to tap off my brushes. The biggest problem I have with this blush (unlike the Urban Decay) is that it is almost too pigmented!!! No matter what brush I use I can’t seem to get a light application (I have tried everything from duel fiber brushes to fan brushes). i did find that using my fingers to apply it is the easiest way to control the amount of pigment...though not as convenient or sanitary. It lasts all day and I love the color on looks like I was out skiing in the cold all day (without actually having to ski!). I just wish, silly enough, that it was just a little less pigmented. My Urban Decay blush is still my favorite, but I am not mad that I have this one and I am very glad that I got this on sale!
