This brush was an add-on to my February 2019 Ipsy bag. Ipsy has stared offering discounted products as an add-on to your monthly bag. I decided to grab this brush by IT Cosmetics because I have never owned one of their brushes and I have heard such good things. Also, I have only found one brush that works with my tried-and-true IT Cosmetics CC cream...and I am assuming that they will work well together? This is a dense, flat top, VERY soft stipple brush built for using with foundation. It has a nice soft, black handle, a silver feral, and cream bristles with a brown to white ombré at the top.
What I have noticed with this brush in particular, is that the application, no matter the formula, really emphasis my facial baby hairs!!! It is especially noticeable near my brows! I have tried this with so many different foundations...and the one that seems to look the best is my Makeup Forever Foundation. The others look fine, but I still prefer the fake artist brushes or the sponge better...except for the It Cosmetics CC Cream, which still looks best with the Real Techniques brush. So weird that the It Cosmetics Foundation doesn’t look better with an It Cosmetics brush??? Ah well, at least I found a use for it in the end. And, as with all flat top brushes, I find that the ultimate use for this brush is not cream products, but powder (foundation or bronzer).
