If there was ever a time that I needed my monthly projects to come in!!! Not that I am bored at home with two little kids to constantly keep busy...but mama needs something to do to relax for a little bit once the boys are allowed screen-time!!!! Pour a glass of wine and crochet me some blocks! 🍷 (But not the red...not when I am using white yarn...I am a spiller!!!!). This month was pretty easy directions-wise. The first block made a fun puffy (polka dot like) textured pattern using a very easy cluster of DCs. The second block was a repeated pattern of DCs followed by single stitches that looks more complicated than it actually was. The bottom looks a little wonky though...and I can’t figure out why that happened because all of the stitches are the same! The last block is another unique textured block with 3D rectangles. I have never done this front to back weaving stitch (with DCs) before...but it didn’t take me long to figure it out either. I actually enjoyed this month’s kit! It was just the right amount of simple and yet not that simple to keep me busy for a day or so! Plus, I love the unique textures that I have just learned!
