@EddieJuniorJunior Then his new shit just looks like some shit my old man would wear to a cookout. It’s very comfortable, but it’s not worth paying the price for a geriatric looking orthopedic pair of sneakers.

@SecretaryOfHate I didn’t know that, but I like it....my man Kob’.....don’t get me wrong, I like how the sneaker community wants to keep the shoes authentic to what they were when they released, kind of like a classic car, u want them classic parts....the difference is, just like with a classic car, u want the actual car that came out THEN....basically, what I’m saying is, if I want a 67 Mustang, I’m gonna buy a 67 Mustang. I don’t want a 2018 version of a 67 Mustang, ide rather just get a 2018 Mustang, because it resembles a 67 but with newer parts and updated technology. We love the silhouettes, but it’s the same old stuff, just redone, with no changes. And I will always love them, but Kobe has a point: why buy a brand new version of the same old car. Just buy a new car with new features/technology that resembles the old car.

@SecretaryOfHate I try, but I can’t get into the new shit either....it just feels overdone, like when I wear them theyre trying too hard. Makes me feel old. I guess it’s just like the analogy I used of the cars: if I get a 67 Mustang, it might be because I’m into classic cars and it reminds me of my youth (or whatever...lol.) If I get a 2018 Mustang at 37 yrs old, I feel like a 18 year old white girl.....that’s how I feel buying the newer Jordan’s....😂😂😂😂😂😂 that’s why I only have one pair that didn’t release when I was a teenager....and I can’t bring myself to wear them. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
