This adorably badass Giovanni Pikachu is one of seven special limited edition holo promo cards given out at Japan's Pokémon Centres if you purchased a booster pack for a short run during January 2018.
These cards coincide with the release of Pokémon Ultra Sun & Moon and feature the seven alternate reality Team Bosses that appear in the games!
